We offer treatment for common family illnesses and injuries and monitor chronic conditions.  We also provide physicals such as CDL, work, sports, & wellness screenings.

We accept cash, check, credit & debit cards, as well as Health Savings Account cards. We will issue patients a claim form that they may file with their own insurance upon request. Because we do not file insurance claims, we are able to offer lower prices than our competitors.
