Our traditional healthcare system has not been listening. Deductibles and bureaucracy in our healthcare system continue to increase, and we offer an exceptional alternative to traditional fee for service medical offices. The focus at Fort Family Health is to allow our patients to be heard. Every patient has a story, and that story is the key to unlocking individualized plans of care for each patient. |
Who is Jennifer?
Jennifer Basford, is an FNP-C who graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, IN with a Master of Science in nursing specializing in Family Practice. With over 20 years' experience in healthcare, she brings a diverse and well-rounded medical background, with experience in Labor & Delivery, Surgery, & Emergency Medicine. She cares for patients of all ages, from newborn through end of life. |
Our Patients
We serve a wide variety of patients in the surrounding communities. We value taking care of the very young on up through the elderly, with our oldest patient being over 100 years young! Anyone is welcomed as a new patient, and we offer a simple set up process. |
